Palaki Farms Quarter Smokes are a barbecue smoked chicken quarter fresh frozen and vacuum packed. The quarter consists of a leg and a thigh still connected. We slow smoke the Quarter Smoke after it is injected with our secret barbecue sauce and lastly we glaze the Quarter Smokes with our sauce before we take them out of the smoker.
They keep in the freezer for well over a year and maintain their freshness. Take them out of the freezer and put in the refrigerator overnight and they are ready for the microwave, set for around 3.5 minutes, times may vary, make a small slit in the vacuum bag and cook!
They come out just like you took them out of the smoker yourself!
